The feet are yes, too small... and the fire covering the feet could not only cover the flaws, but it'll create the finishing effect of realism as well. (you could also add a silhouette for the covered part of the legs for more "punch" 
Check out some japanese manga artists like the CLAMP team. One of them did a pic with the same effect i just mentioned.
But fuck that, i'm just a perfectionist. This piece is good as it is right now.

This is quite bloody amazing!
Very good use of colour man!....the only thing that bugs me about this pic is that the body is too big for the feet. The feet look tiny compared to the head.
