Oh my... about 40 layers you say? Wow! What kind of elements on here are on some of these layers? I've only used about 6 or 7 layers at the most.
While the head may be a little bit large, and the arms slightly long for me, I will accept this as a fantastic piece of art! Your use of colour and linework is amazing, and the folds of clothing and creases with the shadowing and light go nicely. The pros definately outweigh the cons here.
Definate fav! Keep up the great work!

I really like the style this was done in. By that, I mean, how the inks are almost "scratchy" - that's not the right word.... but I'll stick with it for now. The inks are scratchy, and the colours are liquid, and it provides a nice contrast.

It is a magnificent piece. The coloring is wonderfully done, and the detail in the folds of clothing is excellent. The only problem is that the legs are far too short... aside from that, it's awesome!

Very pretty. The hair stands out most because of it's light outline away from the hard of the clothing. Not in a bad way though. Very nice.
