I haven't finished a picture of Chahiron for a very, very long time.Do you like the way I colour? I posted some WIPs here:

Feel free to ask any questions- I hardly get any, so I don't mind. I'm actually a terrible teacher, so don't expect much.. But if I clarify something for you, I'd be happy. xD
There needs to be a space between journies where one can unwind. Quinn and Chahiron do just that.

"Whrrrclick!"
Chahiron was having difficulty understanding his companion. He spoke English fairly well, but nothing in his vocabulary remotely resembled, 'Whrrrclick!'.
"Are you hungry?" he asked. "Though I really have no idea what can fit into that little beak of yours. What the- hey, that WAS my personal bubble!"
Quinn had butted her dome-shaped head into Chahiron's belly. The man pushed the creature away gently. "Right." he said. "New rule, you stay three feet away from me at all times." The infuriating creature refused to budge. It was completely absorbed in its own little world, dribbling absentmindedly in Chahiron's lap. He made a mental memo to punch Seth in the nose for leaving him with this mess.
Chahiron looked for the cause of Quinn's fascination. He smiled like a starving seal that had just spotted a plump penguin in the water.
"I wonder if you things can eat dumplings."

I luffs his clothes! XD Creature-thingy Quinn is very nifty, though I don't understand her feets. O.o As a critique, his arm touching the creature is at an odd angle. I see that it could have been ment to suggest a hinted "move it" gesture? but the hand should probably have been behind the knee closest to the veiwer, if only slightly, for the pose to look more natural.... but I'm talking purely from an art critique's mouth (fingertips?), so feel free to ignore me! Lord knows my poses look much more funked up than this one....

Yes, I totally agree about the arm bit- I totally overlooked that until I finished the colouring, and then it was like, "SHIIITE!". xD It looks like its made out of rubber. Thanks for pointing it out. :3

By the way, I looked at the WiP file, and that actually helped a bit. It's the details that confuzzle me. How big do you draw your pictures? I tend to do mine at 2000px.

I believe this one was 2432 x 3424. They don't get much bigger. I zoom in to 100% - 175% when I do small details. These screenshots were taken at 33%-50%. If you look in the bottom left corner of the Open Canvas screenies, you can see what resolution I took the shot at.

Your clothing designs are always so interesting. And the little creaturething (Quinn?) has a nifty design, as well. Fluffyclouds + faint city background create a nice calm (I typed clam, wow) atmosphere. And the composition--very nice piece overall, as always. XD
