Description
Ok so I got asked a lot about my most recent animation asking how I make my GIF animations. so I made this tutorial. Sorry if its hard to follow. the steps seem complicated but after doing 1 or 2 animations, it should all make sense.This is the Finished animation of what I used as the example for this tutorial. you actually can't unless you have the raw images used to make the gif

Everything works for me until I get to the saving stage. When I go to see the extensions, there isn't a GIF option. Help? ;A;

How do you save something with a transparent background? I keep trying but each layer shows the further into the animation it gets.

Lets see I use Gimp 2.8 now but it should still be the same. when your saving the gif, theres a line that reads "Frame disposal where unspecified" with a selection window next to it. In that window chage the selection to "One Frame Per Layer(Replace)" and that should do it.

I was wondering if you know what to do because after the animation part pops up and I go to save it as a gif it does' have that option...

Sure. It will prolly be a bit. I need to update my version of Gimp still, then play with it to see if anything has changed.
