Description
Taking inspiration from Infinity Galaxy by BoxTail as well as a tip that tweaking a different hemisphere transform would result in sharper textures, plus staying up until 2 AM figuring out how to do swirly things with starblur, led to this.

The swirly star things, as far as I can recall, are 1 transform with starblur, and then a linked transform with whorl. Both are plugins available in the Aposhack Plugin Pack, and probably in the Essential Plugin Packs.
I repeated the process a couple of times to get multiples, but there was probably a better way to do that

First off, you have "flatten" on transforms 1 and 2- this makes the bubbles in your hypertile flat and therefore impossible to see
As for transparency, this can be solved by adding blur to the hemispheres themselves and by increasing the weight of the transform, as well as increasing gamma. Try this out for size:
