This is really cool. How does one go about etching? I never learned the process, sadly. And even more so now that I can see how awesome the end product can be.

Basically, you have a zinc plate. You coat it with a ground and then use a needle tool to carve (i use this term very loosely. The ground is like thin wax so it comes off very easily) your image into it.
Then, you put the plate in some acid (i can't recall what acid we used...) and the acid eats away at the exposed metal (the image), but the ground protects the rest of the surface. You then clean off the ground and put ink onto the plate and print the image.
