lol XD that's called ice-bathing and isn't really a festival people here like to do that sometimes. First they'll sit in a sauna for some time, and then go bathe in icy-cold water, usually a lake where they've sawed a hole in the ice big enough for them to bathe in, before they go back to the sauna XD I've never done it though XD
