"New" mustache? That one is a new character entirely, not the same one from the previous pair. The short one on the left is a revised version of the one from before. I know I could have made that more clear with a description text, but I just haven't felt like doing any for these ones recently - One, I don't want to spoil anything that will be in the mod they're being made for, and two if that mod never ends up being finished and released then there's less disappointment.
As for the mustache, it was apparently pretty big with the Gauls.
