Description
EDIT: This piece was published in Red Clay, Spring 2009, under the title "Color Me."This was fun to do.
I wanted to use solid color and mimic physical painting a bit more...not sure how I did with that. Also wanted to do something with the transition from grayscale to color. Hey...It's a concept. I also think that the three people I know here that obsessively draw lions are RUBBING OFF ON ME! >.<
In any case...it's closer to my pastel style than my painting style (at least the color portion). Have at!

Thank you It was meant to be about a friend who helped inspire the injection of bright color into my art & life, while at the same time causing me to realize/helping me adjust to my identity without freaking at me
hence the shift from greyscale to full spectrum (and rainbow...)color.
