These are Eyegus and Panoptical, Ghost-Type dissembodied eyes. Eyegus comes from Eye and Argus, the hundred-eyed shepard from Greek mythology. Panoptical comes from Panoptes, Argus' last name, and Optical. And those tentacle things are veins coming from the back of the eyes. On Panoptical, they are used as weapons. These Pokemon enjoy pranking and are very vicous in these pranks. They will often do things such as put Toxic Spikes on a person's chair or light fireplaces with Will-O-Wisps. Their veins have become hollow and empty but have also hardened from years of no use. They now manipulate the veins and can use them for arms or weapons.
