Other than dodging and burning, no. This shot is a combination of two exposures, though, one very short compared to the other; it's nothing too offensive, in my opinion, but it's an overall image impossible to naturally achieve without use of a very opaque gradation filter.

Chance weather and the model; it wasn't anything I planned too meticulously. Its concept and title and whatnot were ideas I had after I'd looked at the shot for awhile.

Because this image is comprised of two shots with a difference of at least five stops of exposure, its color equivalent is uneven in its levels of saturation (dark, deep blues in the sky and lighter blues in the water below); it doesn't look as such in black and white because I mixed the shots' channels such that blue was mostly eliminated.
I'd love to have a color version, too. It's too unnatural, though.

That's gorgeous, I would have originally imagined that it was from the moonlight with an earie lighting over the ground, but apon looking at hers, I can see it's day time.
I think it's another really beautiful and emotionally well-founded peice that can definatly inspire as much as the other peices that I've pointed out. Your works becoming more consistant and ethereal, it's fantastic.
