I feel like shiny milotic works better for Aquarius, and maybe a shiny Lopunny for Virgo. Aside from that, these are all fantastic XD

Some possible ideas:
Jellal = Serperior or Accelgor (speed demons)
Ultear = Glaceon or Dialga (Ice make and Arc of Time)
Zancrow = Houndoom probably (can't really think of much for him)
Cobra = Arbok or Dragalge (is poison/dragon)
Kain Hibaru = Snorlax or Slaking (bulky)
Meredy = I guess any Destiny Bond pokemon will do (maguilty sense)
Acnologia = Hydreigon (dark/dragon)
Zeref = um.....Gengar?
Yukino = Maybe.......Gardevoir?
I could probably add on but not sure how much it'll work.

Zeref is so legendary he could probably have Giratina as his pokemon. with that being said I think Mavis would have Arceus as her pokemon.

Nullpudding: Shiny Qwilfish (regular Qwilfish has the spines, but not the coloring)
Flare: Volcarona (sun-basis and fire-attribute. Flare's hair abilities tend to surround heat and fire, and that's pretty much one of the best things Volcarona is used for)
Obra: Zorua (If you have seen the spoilers, then I'll tell you. Obra's real appearance is NOT the humongous, blue alien-thing. In reality, it is a tiny, black [coloring fits too] mischief-maker that works for Zeref)
Ivan Dreyar: Honchkrow (it should be fairly obvious, but it's the closest we have to a raven)

Bisca- Naw, Genesect is a bit ranked higher than her as well as Alzack (And the personalities don't fit.)
I kinda stopped these, but I agree with the first one. Maybe not the second one though... (forgot to finish the lastest fairy tail arc.) And Nullpudding...is a weird name. Flare with Volcarona...no. Vol. is too powerful in my opinion and the looks, personality...just don't click to me. But Delphox might fit her wonderfully. (Ivan has a great one...BUT I would have to check up on that.)

Yeah, I knew that you knew. I just wanted to let you know I was doing that as a joke. You should watch them, they are funny. Fairy Tail OVA 3 also has some more fanservice. The thing that's great about Fairy Tail is that even though it's an ecchi, it has very "soft" fanservice and most of the time, it's not weird like others. And when it gets serious, it won't do it...sometimes. Though it is actually funny from a female perspective, I think.
