So... um... I'm going to have to say this now, be careful with how you do distance travel in this series of you're making this version of sonic fight moderately on the same footing as Scourge, because Scourge was generally ahead of Sonic in the Archie Comics, and if there's anything you need to know, it's becareful when using Archie Sonic Comic exclusive characters, because they're hella powerful (unless Sonic and Silver are traveling to the other side of the Multiverse, I really suggest you never say any travel time be more than a day if you're comparing this Sonic to Scourge.)

There's no time travel in Ghosts of the Future, and actually the only character that decisively overpowers Scourge (without using the element of surprise) in this arc is an Archie-exclusive boss monster character. Generally the only solid hits GOTF Sonic gets on him are due to his unpredictable powers; Scourge has the advantage when it comes to combat skill.

Well, I mean, this is a character from the Archie comics we're talking about, Sonic was already running the speed of light at the start of the Archie Comics, and Scourge came a ways in, and he knocked Sonic on his rear the first time they met, and still gave him a run for his money (no pun intended) when Super Scourge came into the picture.
