Issue 10, Page 16.Yes! I got it done in time for Halloween! Granted I blew off a perfectly good afternoon of homework-doing time, but I kinda feel it was worth it, just this once. And hey, this page is sorta halloween-y... it's got a ghost! And rainbows! Those are scary, right?
But in all seriousness, SONIC IS BACK. YES. SORT OF. Those faces were so hard to draw on Silver's head, and sooo much fun. And if you're confused, don't worry. This time I did it on purpose.

Okay, let me see if I can puzzle this one out.
1. Sonic is not a ghost, just a copy of the original Sonic the Hedgehog, a copy created and imbued into the natural energy of the universe. Sort of like a spiritual Metal Sonic.
2. The source of all Chaos Energy is the Chaos Force. The Master Emerald draws from it directly, and the Chaos Emeralds route that power from the Master Emerald. In your comic, the Chaos Emeralds use that power to maintain the natural flow of energy in the universe.
3. As a being of pure Chaos Energy, as well as being a copy, is it possible for Sonic to forge a new body through a Chaos Emerald? Not only that, but transfer his consciousness through the Chaos Emeralds into said body? And if a body is lacking, wouldn't it stand to reason that he could push his consciousness into a being that has a connection to the Chaos Emeralds, like...oh, I don't know, Silver and Shadow?

Good Lord, all of this is so clever! How long does it take for you to come up with such good witty banter and whatnot? "Get out of my everything!" That line is just absolutely perfect! I couldn't imagine him saying anything else!
And don't even get me started on the lighting/shading. It's just fab-u-lous! XD
I seriously wish I had what is clearly your raw talent. I've read this comic from the very first page and I can't wait to see more!

Silver summoned a Warp Ring, which took him to a Special Stage (which in the context of the comic are pocket dimensions of Chaos Energy which form around Chaos Emeralds. As for how/why Sonic's there, that would be spoilers!
