That's Scourge, a character from the Archie comics. But don't worry, you don't have to know anything about him to enjoy the upcoming story arc of GOTF... actually it'll probably be more interesting if you DON'T know who he is.

This Nicole is not the Archie Comics Nicole. However, Scourge is the Archie Comics version. The GOTF Nicole was Gerald Robotnik's creation.
