Heh, heh! There's no proof yet that just being mostly de-limbed is enough to keep Metal down. He's still got that cannon in his torso, ya know. But I'm sure he'll survive either due to Big Sis or the revelation that he's powered by a portion of Sonic's soul. No fun in having that as a plot point otherwise.
