Honestly we didn't expect anything less when it comes to Shadow and Sonic. Pure nostalgia right there. I assume he got those shoes from the parents. They're so generous when they're not freaking out over their kids.
Murphy's Law demands that just because Blaze said that, we are now going to deal with a warehouse of zombie badniks. Whether that happens before or after Robotnik arrives to case mayhem is left to be seen (or it could be that he will be the one to cause them to come back to life). My question is why the New Chaotix didn't just scrap the things to begin with? What exactly would be the purpose of having them lie around for centuries?
Hmm... Sicily could nick some parts to repair Shard/Metal, so there's one other convenient possibility.

Aw, Shadow, is this gonna bring back old memories? That would honestly be the cutest thing if after running around and fighting with Sonic, he would just start laughing despite himself. Sonic would be way confused and Shadow would be embarrassed, but maybe Sonic would see that Shadow's not actually bad.
Wait a sec! This is Sonic the Comic Sonic, right? Then, shouldn't he know who Shadow is? He's met a version of Shadow in his world before, hasn't he? Or does this take place before any of that? Is this a "another time, another place" Sonic the Comic Sonic?
