I guess that, since that creature was a manifestation of Dark and Light Gaia, he acted like that 'cause Chip still loves that freaking sundae. Oh man, my head hurts after that deductions. Anyway, great job the page looks amazing.

... somehow, I cant shake the feeling that Something about this is going to backfire. If the menifistation is indeed Chip, then it's gonna be a very interesting story on how he ended up in that form to begin with! 
I wonder if it has anything to do with the choker-into-wristband item he left for Sonic after Dark Gaia was defeated~ :U

Sadly, I forgot about Chip's collar while I was writing this issue so it dosen't factor in. The only explanation for these events is on page 7 of this chapter and my personal opinion that Dark and Light Gaia are just two sides of the same being.

Aww... Gaia is all like "Ice cweam?" Just a theory, but now that he remembers the choclate chip sundae supreme (and as a result, I'm guessing he remembers sonic too), Chip's gonna show up just as Chip, right? (Lol don't have to tell me if it's major spoilers or something...)
