Nothing more fun than revisiting old TV shows from your childhood that no one else remembers. Bucky O'Hare is a mostly forgotten 90s comic and cartoon about anthromorphic animals fighting in space against the evil Toad Empire. Very similar to Star Wars but with talking critters, Bucky O'Hare was quite fun, had an interesting mythos, and mixed several forms of science fiction - parallel worlds, four-armed duck pirates, cats with psychic powers, an evil empire, cyborgs and space marines, enslaved planets, etc. This reimagining brings a little more of an emotional, mature core to it similar to Sonic the Hedgehog (SatAM). Obviously, a modern day reimagining of Bucky could be compared to both Star Wars and StarFox, but I think there is potential in such an unusual series starring a green rabbit superhero.
