Well, I think just having the tutorial would be nice. I'm an animation student but not very good at drawing, so I always like to see tutorials, especially for niche markets like Mass Effect species!

This is a really cool tutorial! I like drawing Mordin/salarians a lot, but they tend to look different each time. Maybe this will help me pick a style.
Is it possible to modify this so that it's super deformed?

this is really great! what about a side view of their heads? would it work the same. i have a hard time on their jaw line and forehead when i'm doodling.

The next part was going to be side and 3/4 views. The basic gist is the same as the side view. Their faces are pretty flat, but their eyes/eye ridges jut out. If it helps, look at flat nose dogs like pugs are pekinese. The faces are flat, but they've got big bulging eyes.

Look at the one in the last row on the far left. That's how I tend to draw them as "female". I make the eyes larger, slanted inward and spaced a bit farther a part. I also make the jawline more pointed and smaller than I do for males. I also give them slightly fuller lips as well.
