Ah now here's another character that hasn't been seen in a long time, and is relevant to today's content flood.

Phantasia is third on the first wave of character news of B☆RS the Cat's return.

The biggest change to Phantasia involves finally addressing her biggest criticism that stuck in my mind for a while on another site; the glaring lack of why Phantasia is such an uncaring little shit and dismissive to everyone around her. It left her very one-dimensional without actual context to her mannerisms she shows when Stella actually meets her. All of the new Apostles made SPECIFICALLY for the RE: THE GAME arc trilogy will be given similar refinements where needed, as I now recognize that as a fatal error on my part when introducing these newcomers to the Apostle roster years ago.
