Megatron and Starscream from Origin comics. This is a 'thank you pic' for for enabling me to read Origin who requested for an Origin Starscream kneeling before Megatron...but my perv mind insists on making it angsty
... I hope you like it, Sanzosgun! I swear Starscream in Origin is a pain in the aft to draw!!!!

The shading is excellent and there is a lot more of it. I like that little cracks and the light shading on one side as if Megatron is not setting on nothing. Backgrounds are a give and take and based on the how the pic is done on whether or not if it helps. This is one of those instances where lack of background helps by putting the emphasis on the characters. The cracks and shadow where Megatron sits helps off sets that in a delicate, delightful way.
Megatron's pose is excellent with good detail in every bit. I couldn't help but notice the legs and the angles they are in as well as the TF comic design of "blocks" that look natural with his hand relaxed on his lap.
I know there is more to say on this piece but I got to get ready for work. Do keep up with what you are doing.

Thanks! I, uh, actually have no idea what backgrounds to draw, plus I suck at it. so I leave it blank, but I don't want Megatron to appear sitting on invisible chair, hence the cracks. I'm glad it works out!
The blocked hands are harder to draw than like those in cartoons, but it's more appropriate when drawing these Origin-verse...I've been fretting that I got them wrong looking.
Oh, I do intend to keep on posting...when I have things to post, that is

oh yes!!! very very cool!!! I love all of Starscream's lines though too!!! when he's talking to the council and the head guy was reading his charges Starscream had the most perfect line!!! "Heh, Nobody's perfect!" and the look on his face was priceless!!!

I've a laptop, but the webcam doesn't work anymore. So scanner's the only way for me, which I don't bring along because it's damn big. LOL do you bring your scanner to the college?
