He is not here to deal with the coughing and the fevers, that isn't his business. The "sickness" he is looking for is a bit harder to spot, until one opens their mouth. Others might not see it but, to him, it burns like a vile beacon. What travesty has fallen upon this land that no man truly cares about dental hygiene? What fools willfully ignore the dental plague that is sweeping through their streets? Worn-out enamel, bleeding gums and noxious plaque! Is he the only one who can put a stop to this?! Such dental horrors to be found with every open mouth and smile. The teeth of these filthy peasants is a lost cause, but thankfully he has just the thing for that. He always carries his trusty censors and burners, each one packed with his special incense. The clouds that spill from his belongings will flood the streets and engulf these foolish slobs. Those who are touched by this gas will begin to grow brand new teeth, just as clean and strong as the ones you were born with! It is a chance to start a new, and this time you can keep better care of them! Just be careful not to get too much exposure to the incense, as it can do its job a bit too well. It might become quite a mouthful when several layers start developing, or you might get them growing where they don't belong. That is no trouble though! The more the merrier!
