Description
This is from one of my studio shoots for the Butterfly Project . Unfortunately the cropping of this photo did not lend itself capable of working well with the canvas bleed wrapping. I absolutely love the photo though and even though it's not usable for the project I still wanted to share.
This is a rather large stargazer one of my favorite flowers.
Equipment used:
Speedotron Black Line 2405cx LV
1 Speedotron Black Line 202VF (set up with a double umbrella to act like a round soft box)

They aren't really spikes just little stubbles. They are fairly common among stargazers but most people don't notice them as you have to look at them close up to see them.
