Neopets Template Pagesorry I had to delete the previous one because the preview image did not turn up at all.
Something I did two days ago but never got around to logging in here and uploading the entire thing.
This is done for my neopet adoptable template page. I MAY do a tutorial on how to shade on MS Paint also. I have my own way of doing it.

i think it is a great tutorial. i don't have adobe photo shop(might one day). i have pixia and microsoft painter and idk how to really shad in those programs
