This is the rough concept image introduction for my new experiment, 720. As of yet, he has no official name. I might think of one eventually.
A full view of the image will reveal a description of him. The face close up on the left was drawn by and colored by myself. drew the basic experiment layout for me in the center, and i took it from there altering his anatomy, fur, and colors. also was a great source of advice for this image. This fan character is my new fur form and replaces the old brandon/stitch concept which really wasn't very original.
This is meant to be a rough outline of him so the coloring isn't the greatest, but it gets the point across. The face image on the left is a bit more well done. The wing is also just superimposed over the image rather than seamlessly added in order to give a sense of scale. But you get the idea.
Anyway, if you want to get to know him, open up the image and read the description, hope you like the furball.

my main concern is,
fur + movement through a fluid = extremely high drag.
But i do like the design :3

The fur might be for insulation at high altitude. 80 it gets cold up there.

indeed it does -56°c with the ICAO standard. =/
still the fur would have to be covered with a suit like i said, otherwise the airflow will shift the fur breaking down the insulation properties :3

Yep, i just dont like the look of him with a slick tail. But i figure its one more obstacle for him to overcome in his fight to fly. Works with the overall concept of his design actually.

Yeah he's meant to be a lot like me, and i dunno, i try my best to be a caring, good friend to people. I usually get the bad end of the stick, but i keep trying.
I'm kind of a detailed person, some people are annoyed by that. See my trip report, haha, it's in two parts and about 49,000 pages long.

I'm not annoyed by it at all, personally. I like to be detailed sometimes too, especially in my writing because it makes it more interest...and it makes you seem really really smart XD;

Well I can be smart in some areas but when it comes to common sense everyday things...pffff...and i guess that's part of what annoys people too, its like, you'd think I could have more common sense and read people better if I can tell you all about aircraft and hawaii and geography...but I seem to fail somehow.
But hey I'm glad someone doesnt mind my overly detailed descriptions of things. Glad to have you as a friend. And thanks about the caring bit, i really do try my best to be nice to everyone.

I know a good amont of people who do not-so-intellegent things sometimes. I don't really mind, sometimes it's actually quite funny really (depending on the situation).
Once my friend and I walked to the local McDonalds and we waited at an intersection. I push that little button to stop traffic, and my friend turns to me and it like. "How do we know when to cross when their's no 'crossing' sign?" and i'm like "When all the cars stop moving "
And don't worry, I can't read people either. Sometimes i'm so dense I don't even know my OWN emotions 0.o

Yeah, his large tail surfaces would be very useful in swimming as well. But I don't think he likes water, just the same.
