Description
I want to thank andrewr255.deviantart.com/ , lady-quantum.deviantart.com/ , whisakedjak.deviantart.com/ , and the-she-cat.deviantart.com/ , who were willing to talk to me about existing elements in their respective universes to help make this idea fit.Name: Alice
Occupation: Timekeeper (Field Agent, Second Class)
Race: Timekeeper
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 130 lbs
Eyes: Purple with geometric patterns for irises and pupils
Hair: Blue
Age: Roughly 23 billion years (measured in sequential time)
Likes: Being right; tea; knowing more than everyone else (and telling them so); cleanliness; comfortable & practical clothing
Dislikes: Other people thinking they are smarter than her; other people being smarter than her; succubi; cascading temporal paradoxes; explaining temporal mechanics to 4-dimensional creatures such as humans
Quote: "I could explain the basics of inter-dimensional time travel to you if I felt like it, but your language is so limited the sun would burn out before I fully explained the LF-LS planes."
Powers:
Time, Space, and Dimension Travel: Alice goes to times or places through temporary doorways called Transition points. Some parts of Space-time have few or no Transition points, but she can quickly and easily travel most of reality as long as she plans her timing and routes properly. This includes abnormal dimensions like Hell or even alternate realities
Sourcecode: Timekeepers view most things as Sourcecode, a collection of virtually every piece of data or measurement possible about something (weight, DNA, position in time, chronal signature, etc.). Like reading computer code, the HARD part is understanding it. Timekeepers can directly manipulate Sourcecode to do outlandish things (replacing the Sourcecode of a human with that of a fish), but altering a living creature's Sourcecode requires physically attaching an interface first.
Timekeeper Body: Alice is more durable than most humans and will only be incapacitated, not killed, by most injuries and diseases, starvation, or being caught unprepared in a blizzard, desert, or vacuum of space. Bloodloss or extreme head trauma can still kill her.
Bio: A member of an artificial species created specifically to handle all things time-related, Alice can perceive and manipulate time in ways most races cannot even comprehend. "Timekeeper" is both Alice's race and occupation; they exist to keep time running smoothly, maintain the integrity of the timeline, and ensure that when some idiot goes back in time and kills their own grandfather it does not result in an entire universe being destroyed. Timekeepers do not age and are capable of handling staggering amounts of technical information regarding the fundamental nature of reality and temporal mechanics. Their numbers, however, are limited and can only decrease.
As a field agent, Alice spends a good portion of her existence tracking things down, gathering information, and fixing temporal snafus. Her Timekeeper technology allows her to do impossible things seemingly without effort, such as take complete control over humans, monsters, and supernatural entities alike, create a newborn star in somebody's bathtub, collapse a galaxy, or replace a human's brain with a swarm of angry bees - more specifically, bees crafted from poisonous fire that somehow still function enough like a brain to allow the person to feel pain and recognize how horribly wrong the situation is (to date, Alice has only done this twice).
Despite her powers, she rarely does anything beyond pop in and out of local Space-time to examine things or make the minimum changes required to keep Space-time running smoothing and prevent Time-space from filling up with malfunctioning Space-time. For all the things she can POTENTIALLY do, Alice is less like a god and more like a cosmic custodian - someone who has keys to unfathomable power, but will find themselves in deep trouble (or executed) if they start using company property in unauthorized ways. The greater an impact an entity has upon their local timeline, the less she is allowed to do against them if they are not threatening time itself. Timekeepers are tasked with keeping reality from breaking down and safeguarding galaxies, not helping individual people; if a Timekeeper saves children from a burning orphanage, either the fire was set by a malicious time traveler or they can expect a reprimand.
Despite her age and above-average skill, Alice is still only Second Class due to all the reprimands she's received. Because she cares more about innocent lives than is proper for a field agent, she is known to commit "pointless" interference from time to time (read: helping people).
Other Stuff: Alice and the Timekeeper race were created and are owned by me. The city of is a place she keeps free from excessive time paradoxes.
TLDR; A snobby time traveler who canonly exists in multiple settings, having the power to blow up planets yet stoppable by a baseball bat to the head.

I basically gave up on open capes.
If nobody gives me an handsome sum of money the difference isn't worth the effort, but as usual an excellent job.

Thank you very much!
The cape mesh model is from the Elven Dress for Genesis; it is great when I need draping fabric.

I don't think i could use a conforming loose mantel in my project
Perhaps in the cutscenes... i have to draw the alien worlds at peace.

Ok yes, robes are bad for fight scene physics
Or any action physics.
Or any kind of motion at all, really.
Robes are just terrible to work with.
But yeah, they are great at visually providing the sense of a different culture or atmosphere

Well, my rant comes from the wish of being able to use them.

Oh I hear you. I mean I don't know the specific hangups unique to your project, only that I have something like 7 different robe models and despite dozens of attempts i've only ever used maybe 2 of them due to problems stemming from their, uh, robe-ness.
