Short answer: Because I m a jerk and I want people to be exited for the next page! - Pretty much every comci-page had a small cliffhanger if you look over them again! Also, I had a design-idea for "storyteller-pages" in PTC and it wuldn t look all to good if I did a sudden style-change mid-page.

hmm , i'm not sure what you mean . Persia refers to our former empire ( some hundred years BC ) , and i'm pretty sure our language was different back then . but if you can use the terms interchangeably , i'm not sure .

I think this depends on where exatly you are! We have a broad spectrum of accents! (submarine-guy in Hamburg knew exactly that I m from the south!)
Just something random that popped to my mind. I think I brought it up in some sort of small-talk with someone that had no idea what I was talking about when I mentioned Farsi but knew what I was all about as soon as I switched to calling it Persian. We were talking about different alphabet-styles (started with me being able to read a bit cyrillic)

i guess you can use the term Persian after all !!! i've heard people use both terms , so if it's a mistake , it's a common mistake . the reason why i thought it's a mistake , is because of the people whom i've heard use it . ( in Iran ) they're ultra-nationalists who think we should speak the same way our 3000 year old ancestors did .
