You know, were it not for those ZZZ in the last panel, I could have sworn that after achieving everything, Rainbow wanted to just go with a bang, and made it.

Your artwork is terrific. In particular, the clouds are especially well done. Also, you've hit RD spot on as far as her only fear: failure. The result of trial and, albeit painful, success, is excellent in the last panel. I have no outright critiques for this, other than that the yellow spot on the left of the last panel is distracting.
