If you are thinking it's something like the idea of an astral thread that connects body and spirit, or sleeper and dreaming mind, or some such, and in this case is sort of a link between the two personalities of 'ultimate happy Pinkie' and 'ultimately sad Pinkie', then I'm thinking that, too.

I just came across these "Time Off" comics (and your gallery) by coincidence and now I'm sitting here, wide-eyed with my mouth open, trying to take in what I just looked at. Really impressive work. I don't know if I can even comprehend everything you're trying to express but they sure stirred me up.
Apart from the moving content, your art is also extremely nice to look at. You're doing wonders with light, shadow and colors. I hope you'll continue this series.

Wow, this is beautiful. I've looked at all 3 of your time off comics to date and their all stunning, the Rainbow Dash one was excellent, so was Rarity's, and this one is very touching. Please keep working on theses, I can't WAIT for more!
