I have fond memories of coming home from college and watching Dragonball Z on Cartoon Network... although I have no idea what made me start watching this highly entertaining but very bizarre and at times ridiculous show in the first place... and right in the middle of the Android saga as well!Now several years later, Team Four Star come together to produce Dragonball Z Abridged one of the funniest and ingeniously edited things on Youtube! My brother and I have often been reduced to hysterical tears at their (sometimes only slightly) different interpretations of the characters and the situations they find themselves in as they fight to protect Earth and the galaxy from various freaky enemies!
They've also done the impossible and made Vegeta even more awesome than he was in the original show!
They are currently having a fanart contest so as well as posting this here I'm sending this on as an entry just to see if I'll get anywhere.

Yes! Fond memories of throwing hissy fits if traffic was bad on the way home and pretending to do homework with the tv remote under our books, although for me it was the Namek saga, which even at 23 I still think was awesome (ohdear)... there are so many little bits of hilarity and nostalgia in this pic I had to fave it! Poor Krillin...Will be checking out this abridged thing...

I adore DBZ Abridged! Oh my God, it's awesome! And you did a really good job with this picture (as well as all the other pictures on here of various (yet very awesome) web shows that I also enjoy). Keep up the good work! And, truth be told, I was living in Germany and when I finally came back to America, I remember watching the first part of the Cell Saga (when he was Semi-Perfect Cell I think), so I know what you mean when you don't know how or why you started watching this show when it was halfway done at this point.

Yeah, I think we all have the initial reaction of, "What the hell is this...?" and before we know it we've watched several episodes in a row and just have to know how they're going to defeat the bad guy!
