Description
Did some minor tweaking of Wally West's Kid Flash design for my Elseworld Universe.Wally West in this Elseworld Universe is the younger brother of Iris West, the fiancee of Barry Allen.
Like everyone else that is close to Barry, besides Iris, Wally is initially unaware of Barry's dual identity as the Flash but that all changes when he is kidnapped by the Flash's mysterious and scientifically gifted foe who calls himself Zoom.
Due to a combination of his seeming knowledge of who the Flash is and his obsession with gaining access to the Speed Force, Zoom kidnapped Wally in order to to force Barry to tell him how to access the Speed Force. Barry could not tell Zoom how to access the Speed Force since he himself does not fully understand how his abilities are attuned to the Speed Force leading to the obsessive and vindictive Zoom to recreate the electro chemical accident that gave Barry his abilities using Wally as his test subject in a delusional attempt to gain the knowledge of accessing the Speed Force in that fashion.
Zoom's electro-chemical recreation gives Wally a slightly lower level of the super speed abilities that Barry possesses and he has gone on after some extensive training with Barry to master his abilities to take on the identity of Kid Flash.
As Kid Flash, Wally has gone on aid the Flash on several occasions against the various metahuman criminal elements that reside in Central/Keystone Cities even gaining his own small “Rogue's Galley” of teen metahuman criminals within Central/Keystone Cities which include this Elseworld's version of the Trickster, Pied Piper and Impulse.
Kid Flash is also a founding and active member of the Teen Titans.
