Both forms of his inner robot, bio, abilities and weaknesses will appear on page 2.
He gets his name from his habit of dripping oil and internal fluids through the hairline cracks that run down his shell. These were caused by the pressure of diving too deep during preliminary testing.

Was he inspired by the fact that the Dinoforce's Pretender shells develope a nasty green slime as they age?

It's more to do with them splitting straight down the middle. I thought the shells would have some level of internal fluids in them, to act as a 'shock absorber' for the actual robot.

As for the textures, the plain grey of Rairyu was something I wanted to avoid, but not completely ignore, so I went with some 'marbling' on him.
As for the motto, It's one of my favourites from the hundreds that I've come up with...It hints at his leaking, and the fact that the majority of the unit are eager to prove themselves and a few, like Slimetime here, bound around the battlefield like puppies.
