E-4A-BN, 74-0787 assigned to the 1st Airborne Command and Control Squadron, 55th Strategic Reconnaissance Wing on its ramp at Offutt AFB in June 1980.

These aircraft were known by their acronym NEACP, National Emergency Airborne Command Post. Hence the nickname 'kneecap'.

This is a fairly rare view of this aircraft as the E-4As gained a large black SATCOM antenna on the forward fuselage as well as the change of designation to E-4B.
