EDIT: made some minor changes according to some feedback I got.This has been going on for far too long, so tonight I decided to cut the crap and just finally finish this. I've been itching to do some fan art of the Red Bear Dead universe (courtesy of , check his art out if you haven't already, or actually, do it either way) basically forever now, so here we go.
For those of you not familiar with Red Bear Dead, first of all FIE ON YOU, and second of all click this [link] . It's magical. Now, due to the nature of Red Bear Dead (aka not all of the plot being revealed, the project as a whole being incomplete, etc.) I've probably made a whole mess of errors in regards to character relationships and other shit, but I guess I'll have to live with it.

i have no idea to use the airbrush.. haha i should probably find out.. but i love this and i love the fact that you show your progress in steps, it helps ppl like myself when putting my own pieces together

More like hard edge brush than air brush, but yeah, this is mostly brush work (if you're talking about the characters that is...).

As always Fabian, your using of lighting is PRISTINE. You are one of the best manipulators of color theory I've come across with. My thoughts are that Alexander's head is a bit off perspective though. It's more up front for the viewers than his cape.
But overall it's impressive and you know it you talnted bastard!

Krasse sache mein nutten kind (sorry die beleidigungen werd ich nie weglassen egal wie gut du wirst aber das muss einfach sein sonst wurde es sich extremst unnatürlich anfühlen und das wollen wir ja wohl beide nicht...)

was mir aber besonders gut daran gefällt ist die comp
das ist was woran ich auch grade arbeiten will weil es mein bislang noch gröster schwachpunkt ist.
Ich hab schon en paar leute gefunden an denen man sich gut orientieren kann aber würd auch gern ma wissen was für leute du dafür empfelen kannst.
So das war für unsere verhältnisse mal ungewohnt ernst gemeint.
Deswegen schlisse ich das ganze nun noch mal mit einer ÜBERMEGAMESSIGSUPERKRASSEN beleidigung...

No, it's a universe of characters, with plot lines (which aren't entirely revealed yet). There's nothing you can do there, except read. Basically Alex ( ) created this universe, but he hasn't done anything final with it yet. What you can see on the website is like a preview I guess...
I just love his ideas and think they show so god damn much promise, and am waiting for the day he publishes a graphic novel, or movie, or animated series, or knitted quilts for that matter.

Ich weiss garnicht was ich zuerst loben soll. Ich liebe die Komposition! Die Idee ist total genial, die Hauptfigur von der weißen Kravatte abzuheben. Die Kontraste die dadurch entstehen sind zauberhaft :3
Ich habe mir auch mit voller Freude die wip's angesehen. Sie zeigen mir auch wie wichtig eine gute Vorarbeit ist! Und die Farben muss ich nicht mehr erwähnen oder? Ich liebe es, wie du mit Sättigung spielst *_* Das Artwork ist total mein Fall, mehr sowas!
