Description
Is such an enormously large beast of burden so mechanically complex that it within itself is not art? Are those who create that which makes our lives easier truly not artists in themselves?It is said that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but it shall be said that art is truly in the eye of the creator.
Part of a series that will be coming soon featuring these two locomotives, UP C44AC-CTE #5987 and SP patch unit AC4400CW #6375 (bloody-nose paint job).

The pic was the best of the series I did on these two ACs, but this one spoke moreso than the others. To be honest, most people don't realize how many mechanical works of art we have running the rails everyday. Mass produced they are, but their designs are insanely complex.
