Game over? Sorry Leggie, but not all the awesome stuff is exclusive of immortals.Isn't it sweet that Tauriel preferred the corpse of her beloved dwarf over immortal Legolas? I claim this little victory to myself and cherish it with all my heart. I LOVE YOU KILI!!!!

Of course she didn't kiss him in front of Legolas' face. She would have broken her back by bending so much over. When Kili's lying down, then kissing will be a lot easier. Unfortunately for Tauriel, Kili was not in the position to kiss back. Shame for Tauriel

I blame Tauriel for his behaviour.
Tauriel is imprudent as well with her reckless actions. She have put herself, and Legolas, into danger for many times. He saved Tauriel's life by killing Bolg. And there was no trace of gratitude in the Silvan Elf's mind. No wonder that Legolas left her behind. She has thought about nothing else but herself during the quest.

She was in love with Kili. Leggie needed to understand that. But NOOOOOO he expected her to erase her heart and love him instead just because he killed a COMMON ENEMY that was supposed to be killed by Beorn.
So Legolas not only robbed Tauriel of her blissful moment, but also robbed Beorn from his heroic shine.
Face it girl, your beloved elf has given endless motives to both purists and Kiliel shippers to grab their torches and pitch forks on a witch hunt for his head.

In a way you are right wit your points, but that does not make me hating him. I wished he remained just the dreamy LOTR Legolas because I do not like those coldness he shows.
He saved Tauriel's life twice, actually. Also from Thranduil, who wanted to kill her. He disobeyed his father's orders, to stay with Tauriel: Yes he is my king, but he does not command my heart
That's a quite sweet commend for the snowelf

I only hate Legolas because he interrupted Tauriel's kiss and he left Tauriel behind wounded with a dwarf body without saying goodbye to her.

Remember Tauriel jumped over Bolg so both of them fell down the cliff? She wanted to die in order to meet Kili in the afterlife at least.
But LEGOLAS had to ruin even THAT. So after he saved her from Bolg (which she did not want), they argued. This is why Legolas kept his distance while Tauriel was mourning her beloved Kili. And this is why he said to his father that he will not return...
