Description
For some reason, a thing that has gone long untouched came to mind. Notably the fungus zombie monster comic I started way back when and while I'd love to finish it, never did. I adjusted a lot of stuff since '13, but the general idea is the same. Yes, it's supposed to be me, but 90% of my characters start out that way. They're not now, and like I said, I adjusted some stuff.

This is Shrea (pronounced Shree-a) after they were captured for cure experimentation, and successfully freed from the Fungus. They're one of many that were captured, and now there's a lot of Fungus-ruined beings roaming around. Not looked upon very nicely though; totally responsible for making them feel undeserving of the "human" label.

Characteristics:
-Black fur for hiding in shadows/warmth
-Arms really long and legs really short, for quadrupedal locomotion
-Longer neck, also for quadrupedal locomotion
-Thick palms and soles, no need for shoes
-Pinky fingers and toes absorbed for thicker digits
-Claws for ambushing prey
-All breast tissue and fat in that area has been destroyed thanks to binder
-Elongated and thickened coccyx/tailbones due to several instances of falling flat onto and shattering them
-Eyesight is fair, needs reading glasses. Eyes changed to be able to see in the dark better
-Hearing and olfactory senses heightened through the roof
-Mangled teeth. Has a terrible lisp as a result

As a result of everything they're called a dog more often than any human term. They try not to let it bother them, after all they agree. Either that or Fungal, which they don't like. They know it's a general term for the ones changed by the Fungus, but it just feels like an insult.

I admit I don't think I drew them correctly there; their anatomy seems too normal for everything they've been through. In the future, though, I'll be sure to draw them how I see them in my head.
