I liked FF9 a lot, and every now and then I kick myself in the face because I don't draw enough fanart. Well, here's to catching up on old but still cool things. Eiko wasn't my most favorite character in the game, but darned if I don't like cute girls in baggy pants. And hell, while I'm at it I might as well practice backgrounds too.The perspective is off in a lot of places, and the clouds aren't as good as danimation2001 clouds, but eh... what can I say. I'm still learning.
.5mm mechanical pencil + cardstock paper = 2 hours
Photoshop 7 + mouse = 6 hours
total = 8 hours
Feels like longer than that.
EDIT: She's not naked on her bottom half, that's actually supposed to be this pink tight pants she's wearing... stupid skin-tone pants

Quite good, except that Mog looks a bit too skinny. Final Fantasy Tactics Advance is the only time where I can actually think of a moogle as *slim*, and even then, their heads are hugs.

I really like Eiko! This came out really great. I love that background! The only thing off is that it's hard to see her stockings here. I could only tell she was wearing something by full viewing it and looking really hard. Still, this is lovely!

I remember seeing some pictures for this game before it came out (My friend Alice showed me them 'cause she loves FF) And as soon as i saw Eiko i fell in love with her char.

FF9 rules!! That was the coolest game I ever played. I love the part when her and Garnet were summoning Alexander. That was the most beautiful scene in the whole game. The ending was cool too! This pic is awesome!

Awsome pic I love the BG, Eiko looks awsome too her out fit threw me for a sec but the I remembered how close to her skin tone that part of her out fit was. FF9 was one of my fav Final Fantasy games( next to 7). I should have used Eiko more, I like cute characters

I'm sorry my friend, I love all your other stuff, but this is a travesty. Granted, Eiko was a pretty crappy character in the game but this drawing doesn't do her justice. You see, the Final Fantasies and, in fact, anything Squaresoft are my favorite games in the entire world. You butchered this one. Why not do a Garnet, or, better yet, Freya.
