...is hard. At least, to Halcyon. I guess she's rubbing her nose. *shrugs*Teh pic has problems. Feel free to point them out. I spent way too long on this. Several days, on and off.

All I can do is sit and admire how sexy this makes me feel. That's what you do, you know.
Your work gives me a wonderful feeling that concurrently makes me swoon with obsession as I finger the screen trying to feel the detail, and inspires me to keep that Photoshop open and keep putting my great sketches underneath color and highlights.
I'm gonna get to your skill level in coloring, Matt. Don't stop or I'm gonna pass you by. You'll see.

Personally, I find nothing wrong with the right foot, as it fits the rest of the smooth, curved lines you have going on here. The touches of yellow and orange are a welcome contrast to the overall relaxing tone of blue. Great job with the wings. It shows you put a lot of effort into them.

Yes, as i was saying, there are a few mistakes. First of all, her feet seem a little out of perspective, although, -_- I can't blame you for that because i know how hard it can be. Second, I'm a little confused at where her other arm is. and third, it seems like the left wing should have been a little longer then the other one. that's all i can really seem to find right now though. again, this is an amazing picture :3

ok awsome job as usual and the crit as usual
ok starting off hal's right leg and foot seem horribly out of perspective (perspective sux >.<
the wings, totaly cool however her left wing compaired to her right wing in the perspective you where trying to get is the opposite. in other words her leg looks close on her right side so the wing should look close on her right side as well but its the other way around with the wings.
also her right wing dips down as if its sorta behind her even though it could just be a wing folded down.
the absolute last thing i found is the smallest, her fingers almost look like one big one could you define the crack between them more?

maybe if you used more darker colours and a larger variety of them the mood of the painting would come out more now the character is just a part of the background, because of that the items on the character draw too much attention wich shouldn't be the main focuspoint I think

This is great, I love the choice of colors, the blue just looks really good. The main thing that bugged me, was the size of her feet, but that's been mentioned before. Other than that, I love this picture. The border is well done as well, I now remember why you're on my watch list

I like it. The colors are nice, though adding a few brightly contrasting points of red or Yellow on his/her outfit would really lend to a sense of depth, and do away with the monochromeness. I don't even know if that is a word. ..., lol
Ayway, the composition is well done as are the details on the wings. Some more depth in the hair would be good.

i guess the only thing that bothers me about the picture is the size of the feet, i think there is too much of a difference there for merely a perspective approach, the feet arent that far apart. other than that this is absolutly amazing. worth the time you put into it. those wings are amazing, you have thee most unique way of drawing wings, i could name em in a heartbeat, esspecially with the armor that you put on them sometimes. the gloves and the boot... leg warmer.. armor... things o.O? are, incredible. you and belts man... ya just match. ^^

O_O I adore your style. To see you say there are mistakes puzzles me a bit. I don't see them, I only see 'Style'. The only thing I can really see that would be a mistake is the perspective of her leg, it should look a bit wider towards the ankle. Other then that all i see is a beautiful piece of art. And blue, love that color, you couldn't have picked a better shade of it. Not only that, the subtle use of orange (blues complimentary color) and green adds a nice amount of depth that leads your eye to the central character. And you didn't use a solid black for the leather of her outfit. This is a great piece and again I can't wait to see more from you.
