Description
we've been playing with the "in the hoop embroidery" concept and making these on the embroidery machine. Almost everything is done on the embroidery machine.

We hoop stabiliser wadding and the font panel, and then stitch the embroidery design.
We then stop the machine place the ribbon and stitch that down, then stop again and place the back panel on top, outer face down with a layer of wadding on top, finishing with the circular seam to hold it all together.
We leave a gap in the circular seam so that we can turn them through after trimming to size.
After stuffing with some polyester fill and offcuts of the wadding we hand stitch the opening closed.

Simple, but took some planning when creating the embroidery stitch design.
