Worked great! To do this in flash you have to use a mouse I tried it with my touchscreen and I couldnt get it working but with a mouse it works great.

If you accidentally make something a symbol, all you have to do is select the symbol you wanna remove, right-click it and go to "break apart".

you right click the pants or shirt or whatever then you'll see "arrange" in the right click menu, and after that you click "Bring to front" or "Bring to back"

That is a great tutorial. Is there any way to auto correct clothing placement when a user wants to drag clothing atop the character. Sometimes users might place clothing higher than where the clothing should lay. Is thre a way to tell Flash that it needs to auto correct the placement?

T_T please help! on step 6, there is no arrow with a box around it in the lower right corner of the Actions panel (mine says Action - Frame, how do I get it to say Action - Movie Clip?)
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
Zironix In reply to AngelLover89 [2008-01-27 17:02:35 +0000 UTC]
If it says Action - Frame, it usually means that you just need to select the movie clip symbol...if you don't have anything selected, actions will be applied to the frame.
