I was writing a response for *Twoheaded-Dawg as he asked how I added the textures to "castanyera" [link] ... then I thought it would be nice to make them public, so I added some other information I am often asked and made this tutorial... it isn't very professional, it's just the way I work. I hope it's useful, feel free to ask for anything
Sorry in advance for my grammar 
By the way, castanyera was chosen as one of the 5 finalists of *Fealasy contest... I'll keep you informed when voting finishes ^^

Tens raó, jo abans de començar a utilitzar-lo el tenia per una cosa molt inabarcable i obscura, pero fa un poc temps el vaig començar a fer servir i no n'hi havia per tant... tot i que quan veig certes fotomanipulacions d'aquestes que fa la gent de per aquí m'espanto al pensar el temps i la feina que hi deuen haver invertit..

Muy interesante eso de las texturas. Yo también uso las curvas para aclarar la imagen, pero mi escaner por muy detallado que escanee, es muuuy oscuro, y cada vez que trastoco una imagen escaneada, o la tinta se pixela o, en el caso de las acuarelas, se quema

Precisamente, si le trastoco el brillo en el escaneado, la maldita hoja sale roja! En fin, llevo tres años intentando arreglarlo, no va a cambiar de un día para otro
