a cunt with wings

this fiery little bastard haunts the redwoods with the buzzing roar of it's rapid wing beats. they are aggressive wasps that act just like real ones do, only they're 5 meters in size.
they will actively fly around and sting anything that is too close to their hive, but sometimes they are sighted stinging unsuspecting victims several hundred meters away from their own hives.

it wouldn't be so bad if it weren't for the fact that their venom induces extreme pain that overloads neurons with a powerful neurotoxin. if a victim is stung too frequently it could cause the brain to shut down momentarily, sometimes permanently.

luckily they can be warded off with either fire or the same spores that the Reaper Moths use to get high. there are also plants that specifically prey on bug based draconic entities like this wasp and the Terramite.
