I...I just can't say how awesome it is that someone actually made a fakemon based on the Questing/Wandering Beast. I so would spend my entire life trying to catch one of these. ^^

Brilliant, I like how both Snake and Feline parts are incorporated to create a very strange but very majestic looking creature. I like the typing too.

It's extremely rare, so I have thoughts of doing the same. This guy has the lowest catch rate of any Pokemon in my region - about 1 or 2.

Highest catch rates are the first-stage generic bug-types (Caterpie, Wurmple, and the like) at 255. Lowest officially is Arceus at 3.

No, higher catch rates means it's easier to catch. The formula for the catch rate dictates this: [link]
So QUESTASY would be even harder to capture than Arceus, technically speaking, which is only fitting considering its origin.
