I saw a stamp that says "Homestuck is better than Hetalia". So, I decided to say "Hetalia is better than Homestuck".But honestly, I tried to read Homestuck. It didn't go down too well. My eyes began scrunching up painfully. Part of it was because I didn't like the art. But just from the beginning, I really couldn't get into it. It just didn't appeal to me, to be honest. Not my cup of tea, you could say. From the beginning that I read, I didn't see a plot, although if I had continued, there probably would have been one.
I just couldn't handle it. I don't like it. At all. I honestly don't care if other people like it, though. It's fine if you're a fan.
I love Hetalia. It had a more interesting beginning, imo, with the funny world conference and stuff. I thought it was amusing, and it seemed to start out with a plot, although that kind of dwindled away in the later episodes. (I'm talking about the anime, not the manga). It just appealed to me more.
So therefore, in my opinion, Hetalia > Homestuck.
Hetalia has a shit fandom though.
However, from speaking with many Homestuck fans, they said that Homestuck also has a shitty fandom.
Some people say "But you can't compare the two". Maybe they're right.

It took me about 4 months to read and actually start LIKING Homestuck, so it make just take awhile or not even be your cup of tea.

Well you have to flip through pages in a book, comic, manga, etc. if you want to read. :/
Not to mention the episodes are 5 minutes and you'd have to click on the "next episode" button. Plus actually interacting with a puzzle, and your favorite characters gets your mind going. Besides in HS you get to see your characters grow, and I think that's the best part. Seeing them fall being so sad and upset and then seeing them rise up again with a whole new wave of hope.

I don't like Homestuck at all, it's way to slow and doesn't get to the point. It's not funny or entertaining. I didn't get into the characters or found no enjoyment in them. So to me, Hetalia is 100 times better.

Okay. Since I can't find the comics or even a brief summary of the story and the art looks like anus.. Can someone explain to me like I'm 5 what exactly Homestuck is? Also is Homestuck and that MS Paint adventures thing related?

Firstly, yes, theyre related. Homestuck is made by Andrew Hussie, who runs MS Paint Adventures.
Id say a good summary is that there are four kids that play a game which happens to foretell the end of the universe. The object of the game is to create a new one. The kids have help learning this from the trolls, who play in another session. After that it gets very, very complicated.
