I could tell as soon as I saw it that it wasn't 7. Firstly, as many have mentioned, the titlebar font is wrong. I could also tell by the spacing between icons in the superbar.

Hmm... I'm guessing it's Windows XP, because the titlebar isn't very similar with the real Windows 7 one (different font, and, I think the window frame look a bit "artificial" than on Windows 7...).
So, it is Windows XP, huh?
