no,I normally wouldn't do feline adoptables,these are extremely old TLK fanchars that I just don't use,so instead of negleting and deleting their designs I thought they'd find a better use.1.

good question,the way I see it,it's a design made by someone else that you have,in some way,"adopted",making you the new original owner of it.

That depends on the design I guess,100 is the minimal I would say,(I don't do them under 100 points really),I've seen people charging them for a ridicously low price,but I'd say anything that is around 100 up to 300 for a good design is fairly okay!
