hello! this is an amazing tutorial, and is going to help so much with my Akatsuki (from Log Horizon) cosplay. i just have a quick question: how big do you suggest making the pant bottoms, and how do you get them to be all puffy at the bottom?

Im just a little confused. Does it matter how far in you cut for the crotch portion? At the top edge(waist).
