At last, I have reached 5000 pageviews! Thank you to all who visited my page!Now I present to you my pants tutorial! This was my first time making a tutorial, so I'm not sure if it'll be all that great. I wanted to start out with something easy. Although the pattern may be simple, it produces nice results. All the dolls I've ever made have used this pattern. These specific pants can be seen on my plushie Arnold [link]
Feel free to give me advice on how to improve this tutorial or ask me questions. I am also open to suggestions for other tutorials

Thanks so much for this! But I have a question: Does this pattern work for pants that I plan to tuck into some boots, or would I need a different pattern to create the illusion that they're tucked into some long boots?

It works as long as you have actual boots to tuck them into (rather than the boots being a part of the leg). Like here [link] I just made the pants as usual and then tucked them into boots. You can use a popsicle stick or stirring stick to get the fabric tucked in there. Sometimes I sew around the top of the boot to make sure the boots and pants don't get undone. Hope that helps
